Hi David,

Just wanted to pass on my special thanks to Paul for this morning.

I’d accidently asked for a returning employee’s PC to be set up for her returning on 16 August rather than July – so there was nothing set up for her she came back from maternity leave today.

However, once we’d established the mix up, Paul, without making a fuss, worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the situation and got her PC and phone in place for her within the hour. It was a classic example of good customer care.
